Frequently Asked Questions

Although we anticipate a healthy, safe and fun weekend, the risk of exposure to COVID-19 is inherent in any public place. Please note the following safety measures we will be implementing during the event, as well as additional, important guest information you need to know.

Where are the Ceremony & Reception taking place?
Our Ceremony and Reception will be held at Ridglea Country Club. The club has a capacity of 1000 and we will be utilizing the entire space to ensure our guests feel as comfortable as possible.

Where should guests park? Is there a fee?
Upon arrival, valet will greet you to park your car, free of charge.

Will there be temperature checks?
Temperatures will be checked as each guest enters the building. If you aren’t feeling well, we ask that you please stay home and take care of yourself!

Will masks be required and/or provided? Will hand sanitizer be available?
Before you sign the registry book, masks and hand sanitizer will be offered at the front door.

What is the seating arrangement?
During the Ceremony, seating will be placed at a “safe social distance”. We will be providing a seating chart in advance, so your RSVP’s are pertinent.

How will food & drinks be served?
All food and beverage will be served by the country club so there is no cross contamination of germs between guests. As of today, we will have several food stations that our guests can choose to be served from.

Is there a dress code?
Black Tie - Formal.

When is the RSVP deadline?
RSVP cards are to be mailed in by January 5, 2021. Even though we are going to great lengths to help ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we know that some may still not feel comfortable attending. If for any reason you choose not to join us, please know that we completely understand! All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible, so we can adjust what we need to and plan accordingly.

We understand this is a challenging time and are happy to answer any and every question you may still have. Please contact our wedding coordinator by text or email -
